### Job Brief
We are an ambitious, newly launching digital marketing agency looking for a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on a freelance/contract basis. This is a 100% remote role open to exceptional talent across India.
As our first core marketing hire, you will wear multiple hats, helping us establish our brand, build out client frameworks, and drive growth from day one. If you love variety, autonomy, and building things from the ground up, this role is for you.
### Key Responsibilities
* **Social Media & Content Creation:** Own our content strategy across Instagram and Facebook. Conceptualize, script, edit, and schedule highly engaging Reels, posts, and stories.
* **Paid Advertising:** Set up, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive leads and conversions.
* **Website & Optimization:** Oversee our agency website, ensuring copy is sharp, landing pages are optimized, and basic tracking/SEO elements are in place.
* **Email Marketing:** Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns and automated nurture sequences to engage prospects and leads.
* **Full-Funnel Execution:** Take charge of everything included in a modern, agile marketing strategy to build momentum for the agency and our early clients.
### Requirements
* Proven experience in a multi-disciplinary digital marketing role (experience in an agency environment is a massive plus).
* Strong hands-on experience creating high-performing video content, specifically Instagram & Facebook Reels.
* Demonstrated ability to run and scale paid ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo) and basic website content management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
