Job Description:
- Coordinate with factory teams for attendance, manpower & shift-related matters
- Handle HR operations including joining, exit formalities & employee records
- Manage admin work such as documentation, reports, and compliance support
- Act as a point of contact between factory staff and HO HR team
- Support payroll inputs, leave records, and basic statutory coordination
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in factory HR / plant HR
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations & admin processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Pay: ₹10,638.97 - ₹25,260.07 per month
