Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Marketing Intern who can take complete ownership of our Instagram and online presence. This is a hybrid role—you will work remotely to manage channels but must come onsite to our studio in Hyderabad a few days a week to script, direct, and shoot high-quality video content (Reels/Shorts). Your primary goal will be transforming our social media platforms into organic lead-generation machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Shooting: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and static posts showcasing our unique modalities.
- Social Media Management: Maintain a consistent content calendar, write engaging copy/captions, and manage daily stories and community engagement.
- Lead Generation & DM Automation: Monitor comments and direct messages, engage with potential leads, and guide them seamlessly toward our booking channels.
- Online Presence Optimization: Assist in managing local SEO presence (Google My Business) and updating website/Calendly funnel elements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education/Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Filmmaking, or a related field (Self-taught creators with an excellent portfolio are highly welcome).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere Rush) and graphic design (Canva or Photoshop).
- Portfolio Requirement: A mandatory link to a portfolio or live social media handles you have managed/created content for. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
- Language & Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English, with a strong knack for storytelling and direct, engaging copywriting.
- Availability: Must be based in Hyderabad, have your own smartphone with an excellent camera (or shooting gear), and be available to travel to the studio for content shoot days.
- Vibe Check: A genuine interest in, or basic understanding of, mental health, psychology, spirituality, or holistic wellness.
