Key Responsibilities:
- To manage site store operations, ensuring proper inventory control, material tracking, documentation, and coordination with procurement and site teams.
- Manage day-to -day store operations.
- Maintain records of material inward/outward (GRN issue slips, stock register).
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control.
- Verify materials against purchase orders and challans.
- Coordinate for timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track material consumption and report variances.
- Maintain audit documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchase department regularly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction store management.
- Strong organizational skills, Vendor coordination skills, Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction materials.
- Experience in GRN and stock handling, Basic MS Excel Knowledge.
