Job Title: Business Development Executive (FMCG – Edible Oil Industry)
Salary Range: 25,000 – 50,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented (BDE) Business Development Executive from an FMCG (must)background (preferably edible oil industry). The candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, vendor management, and team coordination, along with the ability to drive new business and manage existing client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads from multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, B2B portals, market visits, and other online/offline channels
- Identify and approach new business opportunities in the FMCG/edible oil segment
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and handle cross-functional communication
- Manage and coordinate with a team of around 50 members (direct/indirect)
- Handle vendor management and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Assist in tender filing and basic documentation processes
- Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
