- Handle customer enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website.
- Explain products, pricing, offers, and customization options.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Update customer details and order status in the CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for smooth order processing.
- Provide excellent customer support before and after the sale.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Sales or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹12,500.42 - ₹36,500.00 per month
