International Email Support Executive
Location: Jaipur
CTC: Up to ₹38,000 (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries efficiently through email.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high service quality.
- Ensure excellent written communication with customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in International Email Support is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong grammar, typing, and email drafting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Graduate candidates are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Shift Details
- Rotational night shifts.
- Rotational week-offs.
- 5-day working (as per business requirements).
