Growth Lead
Role Summary: Owns revenue, profitability, and scale of the performance marketing vertical. Drives strategic growth across platforms and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets (media billing + management fees)
- Define and execute scaling roadmap (budgets, tools, team expansion)
- Lead high-value client relationships (founder/CXO level)
- Identify growth levers (new platforms, funnels, creatives, automation)
- Drive media efficiency & profitability across accounts
- Build performance frameworks (testing, attribution, scaling models)
- Collaborate with Creative, Tech, and Analytics teams
Time Allocation:
- Strategy: 40%
- Growth Opportunities: 40%
- Client Leadership: 20%
KPIs:
- Revenue growth & managed ad spend
- ROAS / CAC efficiency at the portfolio level
- Client retention & upsell value
- Contribution margin (profitability)
- New channel adoption success (Meta, Google, etc.)
Ideal Profile:
- 7–10+ years in performance marketing
- Strong business + P&L mindset
- Proven scaling of high-budget accounts
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
