Associate Planning Lead – Data Center Construction
Lead project planning and scheduling activities for large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project), coordinating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to track progress and identify critical path activities.
Monitor project milestones, analyze schedule variances, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for senior management and clients, highlighting risks and opportunities. Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems, structural components, and mission-critical infrastructure unique to data centers.
Facilitate weekly schedule review meetings, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders and trade partners. Manage resource allocation, manpower planning, and equipment scheduling to optimize productivity. Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans for complex, phased construction sequences.
Requirements: 5+ years construction planning experience, preferably in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large commercial projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project required. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
