We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can contribute across both backend and frontend development and help build scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and mandatory prior experience in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, including Python, Django, DBMS, React, React Native, and JavaScript. Experience in Lending, Digital Lending, NBFCs, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), or Loan Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, Design, Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to develop and enhance Bridge Capital's technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
-Develop robust APIs and backend services for financial and business applications.
-Design and optimize databases and data structures.
-Write efficient SQL queries and ensure database performance.
-Apply strong DBMS concepts for data management and application development.
-Build secure, reliable, and scalable backend systems.
-Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
-Integrate internal and third-party APIs and services.
-Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and React Native.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code.
-Build reusable and modular UI components.
-Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
-Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
-Work with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into functional user interfaces.
-Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a seamless user experience.
- Own features and modules across the complete technology stack, from frontend to backend and database.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
-Mandatory: Prior professional experience in a FinTech company.
-Strong hands-on experience with Python.
-Strong hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework.
-Strong understanding of DBMS and database concepts.
-Strong proficiency in React.
Strong hands-on experience with React Native
-Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
-Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
-Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
-Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
-Good knowledge of database design, optimization, and SQL.
-Good to Have / Plus One Experience in Lending / Digital Lending.
- Experience working with NBFCs or lending-focused FinTech companies.
-Experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) or LMS (Loan Management System).
-Understanding of loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, repayment, collections, or other lending workflows.
- Experience building high-volume financial or transactional applications.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, microservices, or third-party financial API integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
