**Positions: Showroom Manager & Sales Executive
**Location: Jalgaon, Khandesh (Maharashtra)

We are looking for passionate, customer-focused, and result-oriented candidates to join our **Jockey Exclusive Brand Store** team in Jalgaon.
## Job Responsibilities:
Showroom Manager:
* Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
* Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory, stock movement, sales reports, and daily operations.
* Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards.
* Handle billing, cash management, and closing activities.
* Implement company policies and operational processes.
Sales Executive:
* Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable products and sizes.
* Provide product information and ensure a great shopping experience.
* Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
* Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
* Support billing, stock arrangement, and customer queries.
* Build positive relationships with customers.
## Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: **1 to 5 years in retail sales / showroom operations**.
* Experience in apparel, fashion, or branded retail will be preferred.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
* Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
* Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management preferred.
