Job Title: Sales & Government Liaison Executive (MSME Scheme Focus)
Location: Haryana
Reporting to: Head of Sales / Director
Experience Required: 4–7 years in B2G sales, MSME schemes, or government liaison
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development (Government Focus): Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities in government departments, PSUs, and semi-government bodies for our products (e.g., inverters, lithium batteries, solar systems).
- Networking & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key officials, decision-makers, and procurement teams in target departments and government bodies.
- Tender Participation & Follow-up: Coordinate documentation and participate in tenders or rate contracts. Follow up on opportunities floated under government or MSME-linked procurement.
- MSME Scheme Facilitation: Ensure that projects are structured and billed in a manner that allows the end customer to benefit from MSME payment protection (i.e., within 45 days of invoice).
- Billing & Payment Processing: Liaise with departments to ensure timely submission of bills, paperwork, and follow-ups to get payments cleared within MSME guidelines.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all contracts, invoices, UDYAM registration certificates, and relevant MSME documents are up-to-date and used correctly during submission.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of MSME policies, government procurement processes, and GeM portal functioning
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Experience with bill processing, follow-ups, and government payment cycles
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal sales, accounts, and legal teams
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Preferred Background:
- Experience in electricals, energy, infrastructure, or power backup sectors
- Exposure to working with DISCOMs, municipalities, PWD, or central/state departments
- Understanding of schemes like PM-KUSUM, MNRE, or MSME SAMADHAAN is a bonus
