- Develop, manage, and refine annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business strategy.
- Analyse SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value (LTV), and profitability.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key business insights, variances, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Revenue Streams, Products) to provide financial insights, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
- Adopt a CFO mindset by identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across the organisation.
- Optimize cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and growth needs.
- Implement and oversee financial controls, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial systems.
- Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to compliance frameworks, including regulatory and industry-specific requirements.
