Requirement: UKG HRIS Functional Consultant
- Strong experience with UKG HRIS, workflow automation, and HR process optimization.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and current/future-state workflow documentation.
- Experience configuring UKG modules, including HR Help (People Assist), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and related HR solutions.
- Ability to automate HR processes such as requisitions, onboarding, promotions, status changes, performance reviews, supplemental pay, corrective actions, and approval workflows.
- Experience with form design, workflow configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Ability to prepare effort estimates, implementation plans, and functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
