Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom WordPress websites that are responsive, scalable, and performance-optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Convert Figma/PSD/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress sites.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, ensuring performance and security.
- Implement SEO best practices in web development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or compatibility problems.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, updates, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (minimum [1-3+] years).
- Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.
- Familiarity with Git, cPanel, hosting environments, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have (Optional):
- Experience with E-commerce, WooCommerce, membership, or LMS plugins.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs or headless WordPress.
- Understanding of website analytics and tracking setup.
- Experience with other CMS platforms or frameworks.
