Distributor Sell-Thru Management:
- Monitor and drive sell-thru performance across designated districts.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize product movement and ensure inventory sufficiency.
Distributor Team Handling:
- Manage and guide distributor teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Conduct regular meetings to align on goals, performance metrics, and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to enhance the efficiency and motivation of the team.
Sub-Dealer Activations:
- Identify and on-board potential sub-dealers in the territory.
- Plan and execute activation campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- stablish and nurture relationships with sub-dealers to ensure sustained partnerships.
Sales and Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team for strategy refinement.
- Prepare periodic sales reports to track progress against targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
