About the Role
RCUBE Solutions is looking for a Tally Support Executive / Trainee to provide software support to our customers using Tally Prime.
The selected candidate will receive practical training in Tally Prime, Accounting, GST, Inventory, Customer Support and Tally Customization and will work with our senior team to resolve customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tally Prime support to customers through phone, WhatsApp and remote support.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with Accounting, GST, Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Outstanding-related requirements.
- Configure Tally Prime as per customer requirements.
- Maintain daily customer support calls, issues and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with senior team members for complex issues.
- Assist in Tally implementation and customer training.
- Learn and support basic TDL customizations.
- Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer issues.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Accounting is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Tally and accounting are welcome.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM / Any Graduate

The candidate will receive practical training in:
Tally Prime → Accounting → GST → Inventory → Customer Support → Tally Implementation → TDL Customization → Tally Cloud
Successful candidates can grow into roles such as:

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on the candidate's skills, communication, performance and experience.
