Airline Premium Technical Expert - L3
Key Responsibilities
Serve as final escalation point for critical platform issues
Perform code-level and system-level troubleshooting across the tech stack
Drive permanent fixes and eliminate recurring defects
Lead P1 incident war-room calls and act as Incident Commander
Conduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) and produce prevention plans
Implement SRE practices (SLI, SLO, reliability improvements)
Conduct proactive platform health, performance, and capacity assessments
Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and release readiness
Own technical debt backlog and drive improvements
Develop runbooks, knowledge base, and engineering documentation
Mentor L1/L2 teams and drive knowledge transfer
Engage with customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT or related field
Experience: 6–8+ years in platform engineering / SRE / L3 support roles
Experience areas include:
Production support and platform engineering
API and integration platforms
Cloud-native systems and distributed architectures
Major incident management and engineering fixes
Core Skills
Advanced API troubleshooting (REST, GraphQL, SOAP)
Programming skills – Java, Angular, Node.js, Nest.js
Sitecore knowledge, MS Dynamics 365
Distributed systems and microservices architecture
Cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Kibana, Dynatrace)
Scripting (Python, Bash)
Incident management and SRE practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Excellent stakeholder communication
Ability to lead under high-pressure scenarios
