Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service Support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot lithium battery packs, chargers, BMS, and related electrical/mechanical issues
- Handle installation, commissioning, and servicing of battery systems at customer locations
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor battery performance and identify root causes of failures
- Ensure proper usage of testing tools and service equipment
Customer Support Activities
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions
- Coordinate with customers through phone, email, and site visits
- Maintain proper communication and update customers regarding service status
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and quick response
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior technical teams.
- Visit customer sites for service support, installation, and troubleshooting
- Support dealers/OEM partners during technical issues
- Conduct battery testing and performance checks at site
- Ensure proper handling and transportation safety of lithium batteries
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in service, customer support, EV, battery, automotive, or industrial equipment field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
