Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospects.
- Present company products/services and explain their value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Hindi communication Must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

Pay: ₹30,115.31 - ₹35,409.18 per month
