Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., ERPs, CRM systems).
- AI-Powered Reporting: Generate automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel (Macros/VBA) and modern BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for data cleaning scripts, AI-driven automation tools) to streamline data workflows.
- Dashboarding: Develop intuitive, automated, and interactive dashboards to present KPIs to management.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure high data integrity and accuracy while handling large datasets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar data-focused role.
- Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Macros (VBA).
- AI/Automation Skills: Knowledge of AI automation tools, prompt engineering for data analysis, or familiarity with machine learning libraries like Pandas/Python.
- BI Tools: Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL or database management is a plus.
