Role Overview:
The Collection Executive – Arrow Associate will be responsible for managing customer payment follow-ups, overdue collections, and maintaining healthy receivables for the Arrow Associate portfolio. The role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and disciplined follow-up to ensure timely recovery while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain daily collection tracker and update payment status in CRM/system.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts as per company targets.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing disputes.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate payment timelines.
- Escalate critical delinquent accounts to reporting manager.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies and ethical practices.
- Support in reducing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow.
