Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities and schedules.
* Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
* Communicate with clients and internal departments.
* Maintain project documentation and records.
* Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
* Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
* Assist in resolving project-related issues.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* 0–1 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience with project management tools is an added advantage.
