- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.
- Maintain site safety: PPE, toolbox talks, hazard reporting, and safe work practices.
- Check the quality of materials and completed work.
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, labour, and material storage.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and progress against targets.
- Report daily progress, delays, incidents, and material needs to the project manager.
- Resolve minor site problems and escalate major issues.
- Ensure the site is clean, organised, and compliant with regulations.
- Maintain records such as daily reports, work permits, inspection checklists, and labour logs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
