Finance Analyst

About the Role
Swift Cold Chain Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work with large datasets to provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance (Completed)/ Bachelors Degree
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Financial Analysis
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability trends.
- Track key financial metrics and prepare management reports.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
- Support financial planning and business growth initiatives.
MIS & Business Analytics
- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Develop financial dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Accounts & Reconciliation
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and other departments for financial data collection.
- Support management with financial modeling and decision-making.
- Assist in cost control and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹467,817.76 - ₹552,006.94 per year
