Job Overview
Handysquad is seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities are maintained to high standards, manage on-site teams, and coordinate inspections and repairs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs)
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and ensure safety compliance
- Manage and guide maintenance technicians and support staff
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Handle breakdowns and emergency repair situations promptly
- Maintain records of maintenance work, materials, and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
