- Plan and conduct daily classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Introduce children to basic concepts through play-based learning, stories, rhymes, songs, and hands-on activities.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and share feedback with parents.
- Manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement.
- Foster good communication and partnership with parents and guardians.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and staff meetings.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of every child at all times.
