- Project Management: Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency or increasing profitability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor business metrics, analyze performance, and provide recommendations to senior staff.
- Mentorship: Shadow senior managers and participate in professional development workshop.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Masters degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 years of work experience.
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office.
