Job Summary
Systec Communications is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our International Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful candidates for overseas employment opportunities in the **Healthcare, Hospitality, and General Jobs** sectors. This role requires excellent communication, sales, counselling, and closing skills to guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand candidates' profiles, career goals, and eligibility for international job opportunities.
* Convert qualified leads into successful candidates for overseas employment.
* Present suitable overseas job opportunities, including job roles, benefits, salary, and the recruitment process.
* Counsel candidates and address their queries professionally.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and candidate status in the CRM.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
* Prepare daily activity reports and submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports.
* Stay updated on current international job openings and recruitment requirements.
### Requirements
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in Sales Recruitment **Healthcare, Hospitality, and General Jobs** sectors.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
* Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
* Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
