CTC: As per Company Norms (Negotiable)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in the Spinning Mill industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, insurance, receivables, payables, and financial compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and be capable of working independently while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances within due dates.
- Coordinate and manage insurance policies, renewals, and claims related to company assets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and support financial analysis.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support finance and business operations.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 5–10 years of accounting experience in a Spinning Mill.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Insurance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in Prime ERP will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
