Job Overview
Torc Edu is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to handle customer interactions and convert leads into admissions. The company will provide job leads, and the candidate is responsible for contacting and following up with potential students.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Explain courses, programs, and benefits clearly to potential students
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer details
- Build good relationships with prospective students
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle basic queries and provide accurate information
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
