Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop ideas, scripts, captions, reels, short videos and promotional content.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags and social media trends.
- Create educational, promotional and brand-focused content for the EdTech audiance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Design and Video Editing teams.
- Write creative scripts for reels, videos, campaigns and advertisements.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Participate in content planning, campaigns and social media calendars.Stay updated with emerging content trends, AI tools and digital marketing practices.
- Handle candidate queries and objections professionally while building trust and long-term relationships
- Ensure timely submission of admission documents and fee completion.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the admission journey
