Job Title: Speech Therapist
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to support students with communication, language, and speech-related challenges. The candidate will assess and address difficulties in speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication, helping students develop the skills needed for effective communication and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs
- Design and implement individualized speech therapy plans and goals
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for articulation, language delays, stuttering, and social communication skills
- Support students with non-verbal communication needs through Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools/devices
- Collaborate with special educators, behavior therapists, occupational therapists, and parents for a coordinated approach
- Train teachers and parents on strategies to reinforce communication skills at school and home
- Maintain therapy records, track progress, and prepare periodic reports
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and provide therapy-related input
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP)
- Valid license/registration to practice as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with children with special needs (autism, developmental delays, apraxia, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with AAC devices and tools is a plus
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Salary: Commensurate with interview performance and experience
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
