Job Responsibilities
- Shoot and capture high-quality content using cameras, smartphones, and basic production equipment.
- Edit engaging and aesthetic videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand promotions.
- Create visually appealing reels, shorts, and long-form content.
- Produce a minimum of 5–8 videos per day while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize video content.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, transitions, effects, and social media content formats.
- Design basic graphics, thumbnails, banners, and visual assets to complement video projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring innovative content ideas to life.
- Contribute fresh, out-of-the-box concepts that help our content stand out from competitors.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, and video composition.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
- Knowledge of AI tools for video generation, editing, voiceovers, avatars, automation, and content enhancement.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily content targets.
- Passion for learning new technologies and content creation techniques.
