Job Title: Escalation Lawyer
Job Summary:
Manage and resolve escalated legal matters by providing timely legal advice, assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the resolution of complex cases while protecting the organization's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage escalated legal cases and disputes.
- Provide legal advice on complex issues and risk mitigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and notices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare legal reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Bar enrollment as applicable.
- 3–7 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or corporate legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
