Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Revit) to join our growing BIM team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Scan-to-BIM projects, converting laser scan point cloud data into accurate Revit models for international clients. You will work on architectural, structural, and MEP projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate BIM models in Autodesk Revit using laser scan point cloud data.
- Convert Point Cloud (.RCP/.RCS) files into detailed Architectural, Structural, and MEP Revit models.
- Prepare As-Built BIM models from existing building scans.
- Produce BIM deliverables including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and sheets.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Managers, and international clients.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Perform model quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with client standards.
- Resolve clashes and coordinate multidisciplinary models.
- Deliver projects within agreed quality standards and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience working with Point Cloud and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Good understanding of Architectural, Structural.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and model coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Autodesk ReCap
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Intrested with US, UK, or Australian projects
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Autodesk Revit certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in Revit modeling.
- Minimum 3 to 6 Month Intenship or Revit Certified Course/Class of experience.
- Intrested working with international outsourcing clients work.
