You will lead multiple product teams to define, deliver, and scale people-centric workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Positioned within the People Services & Enablement team in People Tech, you will own the product vision and roadmap to enable efficient, compliant, and employee-centered People services across the firm. You will operate at the intersection of People strategy, enterprise platforms, and product execution, partnering closely with the People Center of Excellence & Innovation (CoEI), People function leaders, and Technology teams to identify unmet needs and digitize workflows not supported by existing systems of record. You will also apply a strong product mindset to ensure solutions are scalable, intuitive, and integrated across the People technology ecosystem. You will report to a director on the People Tech leadership team and are part of the People Lifecycle Platforms team within the People Tech organization.
You will define and execute a multi-year vision for the ServiceNow People product in close partnership with People Services and Tech leadership. Your impact will start with translating broad People strategies and operational needs into a cohesive, actionable product roadmap that champions simple, intuitive employee experiences. By partnering with the People CoEI, you will explore, pilot, and scale innovative workflows, orchestrating end-to-end processes across core systems of record and automating fragmented manual tasks to radically improve both efficiency and the daily employee experience.
To bring this vision to life, you will own the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of these workflows, continuously evolving and rationalizing the ecosystem to reduce complexity while improving scalability. You will carefully balance this drive for innovation with platform sustainability, security, and enterprise standards. Crucially, you will serve as a trusted advisor to People function leaders, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes, managing competing priorities, and clearly communicating product strategy and complex trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
At the heart of your success will be your ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, inclusive cross-functional teams comprised of product managers, engineers, and platform partners. You will directly coach product leaders, empowering them to operate effectively and confidently within complex, matrixed environments. Ultimately, your leadership will foster a resilient team.
