Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices, database design, and cloud-based deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Express.js or NestJS
- RESTful API development and integration
- Microservices architecture
- SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Git/GitHub for version control
- Docker and containerization
- AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Unit testing using Jest or Mocha
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and databases.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GraphQL
- Knowledge of Redis and caching mechanisms
- Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
