Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver comprehensive training sessions on various Digital Marketing modules through classroom and practical learning approaches.
2. Design, develop, and update structured training materials, presentations, assignments, case studies, and evaluation methodologies.
3. Provide hands-on training in: a. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) b. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) c. Google Ads & PPC Campaign Management d. Social Media Marketing (SMM) e. Performance Marketing f. Content Marketing g. Email Marketing h. Web Analytics & Reporting
4. Guide trainees on live campaign execution, optimization techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
5. Assess trainee performance through regular evaluations, assignments, and practical assessments.
6. Mentor and support learners in enhancing their technical, analytical, and professional competencies.
7. Stay updated with evolving digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, tools, and industry practices.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance training quality and curriculum standards.
9. Maintain training documentation, progress reports, and attendance records as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Digital Marketing Training.
2. Strong practical exposure to digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaign management.
3. Sound understanding of: a. SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO) b. Google Ads & Paid Campaign Strategies c. Social Media Advertising d. Google Analytics & Google Search Console e. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization f. Performance Marketing Metrics & Reporting
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain concepts in a structured and engaging manner. 6. Ability to manage training sessions independently with professionalism and confidence. 7. Proficiency in preparing training documentation and learning resources.
