Position Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Marketing & Sales with strong exposure in HVAC ducting and MEP project sales. The candidate should possess excellent market intelligence, consultant liaison capabilities, and a proven track record in generating business opportunities from upcoming MEP projects.
Educational Qualification
- B. Tech / B.E. (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience
- 8–15 Years in HVAC/MEP project sales.
- Proven experience in HVAC ducting, ventilation, and MEP contracting business.
Strong relationships with:
- MEP Consultants
- HVAC Consultants
- Architects
- PMCs
- Developers & Builders
- General Contractors
- Industrial Clients
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Generate enquiries and secure orders for HVAC ducting and MEP projects.
- Identify upcoming commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, data centre, institutional, and warehouse projects across Delhi NCR.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Consultant Liaison
- Maintain strong relationships with HVAC/MEP consultants.
- Obtain vendor registrations and consultant approvals.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Project Intelligence
- Track project opportunities from concept to execution stage.
Gather information regarding:
- Project value
- Consultant details
- Contractors
- Tender schedules
- Decision-makers
Tendering & Negotiation
- Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for techno-commercial proposals.
- Participate in negotiations and contract finalization.
Reporting:
- Maintain CRM and project pipeline.
- Submit weekly MIS and monthly business reports.
- Monitor collections and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC ducting systems and MEP execution.
- Consultant-driven sales expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Leadership and team management capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Variable Incentive: ₹2-4 Lakhs per.
