Responsibilities:
- Attend maintenance complaints (electrical, plumbing, AC)
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance
- Repair basic electrical and plumbing issues
- Coordinate with departments for maintenance work
- Maintain tools and service records
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical / plumbing / AC
- ITI / Diploma preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
