Job Description
Sanskar Construction Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site requirements, coordinating with labor and vendors, and maintaining site discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage daily site activities efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and verify daily work progress.
- Maintain labor attendance records and salary details, and submit regular reports to the Head Office.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability of stock.
- Prevent wastage of construction materials and site resources.
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of site work.
- Maintain safety standards and discipline at the construction site.
- Report daily site progress to management.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labor and vendors effectively.
- Responsible, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction activities and site operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).
- Prior experience in site supervision will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- 12th Pass / Diploma (Civil preferred)
