Job Summary
Plus UAE Group is looking for a result-driven Sales Leader to build, manage, and lead a remote sales team for our Abu Dhabi-based business services company.
The main responsibility of this role is to generate revenue by converting leads into clients for Plus UAE services, including Business Setup, PRO Services, Compliance Management, CICPA / National Guard support, ADNOC Registration, ADNOC Prequalification, and Company Representation Services.
This is a leadership role for a candidate who can handle sales targets, guide sales executives, manage follow-ups, improve conversion, and report daily performance to management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Build and manage a remote sales team.
- Allocate leads to sales executives.
- Monitor daily calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all new enquiries are responded to within 15–20 minutes during working hours.
- Train the team on Plus UAE services and sales scripts.
- Review sales conversations and improve closing methods.
- Push the team to convert leads into paid clients.
- Ensure every lead is updated in CRM or reporting sheet.
Revenue Generation
- Convert leads into paid services.
- Focus on monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on proposals until payment is received.
- Identify high-value opportunities from existing and new clients.
- Support cross-selling and upselling of Plus UAE services.
- Work closely with management for pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Track revenue pipeline, confirmed revenue, and pending payments.

Team Management
- Conduct daily sales meetings.
- Review individual sales performance.
- Check daily reports from sales executives.
- Identify weak performers and guide them.
- Create weekly sales targets.
- Maintain discipline in follow-up and reporting.
- Coordinate with lead generation, documentation, client support, and UAE operations teams.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain complete sales pipeline.
- Track lead status: New, Contacted, Interested, Proposal Sent, Follow-up, Payment Pending, Converted, Lost.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Analyse lead source performance.
- Analyse conversion ratio.
- Report revenue forecast to management.
- Ensure no lead is missed or delayed.
Required Skills
- Strong sales leadership experience.

- Experience in managing remote sales teams.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.

Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, inside sales, or sales team leadership.
- Experience in UAE business setup, PRO services, corporate services, consulting, B2B services, recruitment, or outsourcing will be an advantage.
- Experience managing remote sales executives is preferred.
- Candidates with strong closing ability and team management experience are preferred.

- Train sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities.
- Send proposals and follow up for closure.
- Coordinate with documentation and operations teams.
- Submit weekly revenue pipeline reports.
