What You Will Do
- Build and own a pipeline of US-based Salesforce consulting opportunities through direct outreach, SI subcontracting relationships, and Salesforce AE referrals
- Cultivate subcontracting relationships with boutique US Salesforce SIs (10–80 person firms), positioning Stratex as a reliable offshore delivery partner
- Develop and maintain a referral network with Salesforce AEs across key US regions
- Lead commercial conversations through discovery, qualification, stakeholder alignment, and next-step management with US-based buyers
- Progress opportunities to late stage, then work closely with our technical and delivery teams on scope validation, proposal development, and deal execution
- Represent Stratex confidently in virtual client-facing settings, with occasional travel to the US for key account or partner meetings
- Work US-aligned hours where needed - early morning or evening calls to accommodate EST/PST time zones
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in CRM, ensuring opportunities, risks, and next steps are always current
- Drive land-and-expand growth within existing accounts, identifying follow-on opportunities and building multi-threaded client relationships
- Execute the fundamentals consistently — clear notes, timely follow-ups, strong meeting hygiene, and disciplined next-step ownership
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have
- Prior experience working for or alongside a Salesforce consulting or implementation partner - this is a firm requirement
- 8–12 years in technology consulting or IT services sales, with demonstrated success selling into the US market from an offshore or hybrid delivery model
- Familiarity with the US Salesforce SI partner landscape — how boutique SIs operate, subcontract, and engage offshore partners
- Track record of independently progressing and closing services deals in the $100K–$500K+ ACV range
- Ability to lead commercial conversations at C-suite and VP level with confidence
- Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, early-stage environment where structure is built, not inherited
Good to Have
- Existing relationships with Salesforce AEs or boutique SI leadership in the US
- Familiarity with Salesforce product lines — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Vertical experience in US-based BFSI, Real Estate, EdTech, or B2B SaaS firms
- Experience managing US client relationships from India across EST and PST time zones
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
