Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Journalist/Anchor who can seamlessly blend on-ground reporting with in-studio news presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong news sense, an engaging on-screen presence, and the ability to handle live broadcasts with composure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and present news stories, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and fairness.
- Anchor live and recorded news bulletins, interviews, and special programs.
- Conduct on-field reporting, including coverage of events, press conferences, and breaking news.
- Interview key stakeholders, experts, and public figures with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop story angles and scripts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current affairs, political, social, and economic issues.
- Adhere to journalistic ethics and legal guidelines while reporting and presenting.
- Engage with audiences through multiple platforms, including social media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Journalist, Anchor, or Reporter (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Strong on-camera presence and ability to deliver news under tight deadlines.
- Solid research skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with travel and irregular working hours, especially during breaking news situations.
- Proficiency with newsroom software and basic video editing tools is an advantage.

- Knowledge of political, social, and cultural landscapes.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving news environments.
- Strong interviewing and storytelling abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
