- Operational Oversight: Conduct regular floor rounds to inspect facility cleanliness, safety protocols, and organization.
- Customer/Patient Experience: Serve as the main point of contact to address queries, handle grievances, and ensure a highly satisfactory experience.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative teams to quickly resolve facility issues and ensure seamless service.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and prepare routine productivity reports for upper management
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
