We are looking for a very dynamic, Young, result oriented and having very sound working experience in International Accounting Standards Candidate with 10-15 years’ experience in handling International Companies (who are specialised in Commodity Trading) Accounting, Taxation, TP, Auditing and Compliances. Worked with Foreign Companies in USD/ EUR Consolidations – IFRS/ GAAP.
Candidate working in International Commodity Trading Companies with sound Banking, LC and Hedging Experience is preferred.
The candidate should have:
- Over 10-15 years working experience handling EU, US and Middle East Companies operations of Accounts, Audit, Taxation, TP, Consolidation, Commodity and FX Hedging, MIS, Compliances.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with GAAP/IFRS specialist,
- Sound Knowledge on International Contracts/ Contract of Sale, /MOU/NDA/Share Purchase Agreements, legal background, Arbitration background etc.
- Handled M&A of large Companies, Takeovers etc
- Knowledge on FDI/ECB/FEMA
- Knowledge and accounting /Reporting on ERP/Navision/BC 365, Power Point Presentation, Excel presentation etc.
- Handled EU/USA- TP Audit, Corporate Taxation, Knowledge on Double Tax Avoidance Treaty, Retention of Tax
- EU VAT Compliances, Filing etc
- Handled Foreign Commodity Financing Banks for structured Trade Finance Facilities, renewals, KYC approvals, Banking reporting etc
- Having very Good personal Relationship with Foreign Banks for Trade Finance Facilities, Its operations etc.
- Sound Knowledge on International Letter of Credit operations (DLC) under UCP 600/URR/ISBP, complying Presentation, INCOTERMS 2020.
- Good knowledge in Bulk Shipping, Shipping Documents, its use, logistics and supply chain operations, Switch BLs, etc.
- FX Management, Commodity Paper Trading (Hedging), Forward Contract, Futures/options etc. Relationship with Clearing Houses, Brokers etc.
- Investment Management, Treasury Management, Banking operations etc.
- Knowledge in Insurance
- Sound knowledge in Financial Management- Financial Ratios, Deployment of Finance etc. Debt Management
- Receivable management/Payables
- Extensively Travelled abroad
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language such as Spanish/ German is an advantage.
Qualification Required
Persons should be MBA in Finance/CA /CPA /CFA with International Trade and contract subject.
Prior working knowledge in international commodity Trading entity as an added advantage.
Pay: ₹22,303.90 - ₹97,987.50 per month
