We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled AI & Robotics Trainer to join our Delhi NCR team and inspire the next generation of innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM training sessions in partner schools across Delhi NCR.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on practical sessions using robotics kits, AI tools, and coding platforms.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics lab equipment when required.
- Guide students in developing robotics and AI projects for competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and maintain high training quality.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and student progress reports.
- Train and support school teachers on AI & Robotics modules whenever required.
- Coordinate with school management and the internal academic team for smooth program execution.
- Travel to assigned schools within Delhi NCR as per the training schedule.
- Maintain inventory and proper handling of robotics kits and lab equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, AI, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in AI, Robotics, STEM Education, or Technical Training.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and STEM concepts.
- Hands-on experience with robotics kits such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scratch, or block-based coding platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for school students.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Passion for education, innovation, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in schools, EdTech companies, or STEM labs.
- Certification in AI, Robotics, Python, or IoT is an added advantage.
- Experience conducting workshops, boot camps, or teacher training programs.
