LOCATION- Delhi, Gurugram & Noida
Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks across Gurugram, Delhi, and Noida. As we continue to expand our presence across India, we are looking for passionate sales professionals to strengthen our channel sales network in the NCR region ( Delhi, Gurugram, Noida)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks across Gurugram, Delhi, and Noida.
- Drive secondary and primary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and product availability.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, pet stores, veterinary clinics, and grooming centres.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive product adoption.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence reports, and territory performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in handling distributors, dealers, and retail channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel across NCR.
- Candidates from FMCG, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Experience in pet care, pet products, or veterinary channels will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any Discipline
- 1-4 years of Experience in FMCG Sales
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
