Service Engineer – Packaging Machine Company: Unipackauto India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging machines at customer sites across North India. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and be willing to travel for field service assignments. Key Responsibilities - Installation & commissioning of packaging machines. - Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites. - Preventive maintenance and machine inspection. - Machine demonstration and operator training. - Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults. - Maintain service reports and coordinate with customers. - Support spare parts identification and replacement. - Ensure timely customer support and high service standards. Requirements - ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics. - 1–3 years of experience in field service (Packaging Machine industry preferred). - Knowledge of electrical panels, sensors, PLC basics, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies. - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Valid two-wheeler driving license.
